What types of private events do you offer?
We offer private candle-making and soap-making events for all types of celebrations, including bachelorette parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, girls’ night out, corporate team-building, and holiday parties. Events can be hosted onsite at Emilia Soy Aromas or offsite at the location of your choice.
How long does the candle-making experience last?
Private events typically last up to 3 hours depending on party size. This includes time to create your custom candles and socialize while they set.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during your private event.
Is there an age limit for participating?
Yes, participants must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can we decorate the space for our event?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring decorations to personalize the space for your occasion. You can arrive 30 minutes early to begin setting up.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit of the total event cost to secure your private event date. Deposits can be transferred if you reschedule at least 7 days in advance and are non-refundable if canceled within 5 days of the event.
How many people can participate in an onsite or offsite private event?
Onsite events: 8 to 16 guests Offsite events: 14 to 25 guests
How far do you travel for offsite events?
We serve Newington CT, along with nearby cities. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond a certain radius.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Emilia Soy Aromas, we carefully prepare materials and reserve your time in advance. For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable. • All payments are non-refundable. • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. • Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of three (3) changes per booking. • After the third reschedule, the payment will be forfeited. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full payment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
When will I receive my order?
All of our products are handmade with love 💖 Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically take 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped ✨
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help 💕
Can I reschedule my Candle Bar appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment 💖q We allow up to 3 reschedules. After that, your reservation will be forfeited. Please contact us in advance to make any changes ✨

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days 💖 Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package 💖
